| Once the parcel has arrived one of our engineers will test and diagnose the fault that you have reported. Once Diagnosed the engineer will cost out the repairs and contact you. |

| Once you have agreed to the costs the repair will be completed and on receipt of cleared payment the parcel will be sent to your address. |
