Position filled 2nd Line Support Engineer - £18K - £23K - Gloucester

System Force I.T.  based in the Gloucestershire are looking to recruit a talented technical support engineer to join their team. We are ideally looking for bright and enthusiastic candidates who are qualified to an MCSA level and working towards the MCSE.

You will work in a varied and technically challenging role where you will support customers from all walks of life. Your role will involve both 1st Line and 2nd line technical support first line engineers to be technically competent and not just telephone operators.

You must have a clean full driving licence and own transport, as onsite work is part of this Job.

- All round Windows technical support - XP/Vista/7
- Windows 2003 Server - SBS
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange
- DNS/DHCP/TCP/IP
- Desktop/Server and Network support and backups
- MCP, MCSA Or MCSE qualified
