System Force have now moved to a new site, The site is located at Baird road a two minute drive from Kestrel Court.
As you may of heard the rumors System Force is moving from Kestrel Court, so yes it is true. After three years at Kestrel Court we needed yet more space. The way we would get space here is by taking on another (Or two units).
However this just is not practical for several reasons :
1) The new rent at Kestrel Court would be about £5.5K per month
2) It would be very difficult to run our business from four separate units
The new building has some massive advantages - Some I have listed below :
1) 2500sqft of space on two levels
2)Ability to quadruple the size of our workshop - The reasons - Simple
a) We are fast becoming the most trusted Printer & Plotter Repair company in the West - Repairing all different types of printers and plotters.
b) We are extremely busy doing upgrades for customers all over the UK, and we need a base that can support the kit to be prepped.
c) We need to be able to carry more stock than before, as we are supporting so many various platforms, from Terminals, Tablets, PC's, Mac's and servers or all different types.
3)Bigger more open office to accommodate new staff, like any company we need to make sure we have the staff available and trained ready to help any customer.
4) Three Phase electric directly into the building, Although we try to reduce our carbon footprint by recycling heat to head our buildings, and trying to save as much energy as we can, the servers we host (Even if they are virtual) still consume power, so its very important that we are able to draw the power we need to.
5)Ability to have a massive sealed server room (Needed for projected expansion), we need the server sealed for two reasons, 1) it cuts the costs of cooling the servers 2) We need to reduce the noise that they make.
So Where are we moving too ?
Just across the road as it happens to Baird Road. - In fact our new address is (From 17th July 2009) :

Our phone numbers emails etc will all remain the same.
We are intending on being in at C1 by the beginning of September, however the boys here are working very hard to make sure that we move earlier than that as they are all excited about the space and the room that they will be able to work in.
Lots of our customers that still rent spaces at Kestrel court (Gloucester and Bristol) have asked us whether we will still support them - The simple answer is yes we have no issues with supporting any company that is in Kestrel Court |
