TNC Group had currently worked with a 3rd
party support team for over 10 years and with
service levels and support standards declining,
we felt the need for a fresh support agreement
to be brought in at a time of large IT
infrastructure changes which were being
introduced at the Group. |

Why System Force?
System Force were offered the new support
contracts for two main reasons, firstly their
knowledge base. System force clearly displayed a
wealth of knowledge to a broad spectrum of IT
services, ranging from 1st line hardware support
through to Internet service solutions. |

| Secondly, their communication. System Force
offered the TNC Group a 3rd party support
solution who could communicate well with our
internal IT Department ensuring that all IT staff
moved forward in the same direction. |

Starting out with System Force
Unfortunately System Force were not provided
with an easy handover of TNC Group Services, no
sooner had the agreements been made between
both parties, System Force were called upon in
assist in disaster recovery. Due to business critical
hardware failing the TNC Group needed urgent
assistance, System Force work with an advanced
network management system which identified the
problem and reported the fault to System Force
engineers immediately. Engineers recognised the
severity of the situation and engineers arrived on
site within 30 minutes to assist in troubleshooting
the problem.
I was personally very impressed with the calm,
methodical approach which System Force work on,
relaying on their wealth of knowledge and
experience within the IT support sector.
Working with System Force
From first impression System Force had proved
they can prioritise an issue correctly, communicate
very well with all concerned and most importantly
pick up a task and ensure it is seen through to the
very end with a full stable solution having been
provided as the outcome.
As a smaller internal IT Department I find personal
reassurance that our key hardware and internet
services are monitored and managed by System
Force, their friendly, honest approach means that’s
TNC Group are able to forward at a fast rate with a
stable, reliable support company behind us. |

I strongly recommend System Force to any
company irrespective of size as System Force offer
a flexible level of support for all business needs.
